Table Rock Neighborhood and Communities in North Golden
The Table Rock Neighborhood is approximately 3-4 miles north of Downtown Golden, off highway 93 and w 58th ave. This community is on the North side of North Table mountain, with mountain views of the foothills and flatirons. These homes start in the mid 450's, with the homes closest to North Table selling for close to 900k. In the past year, 17 homes have sold in Table Rock from a low of 487k to a high of 765k.
This neighborhood is popular with residents for its numerous paved bike trails, built in open space, community pool. mountain views, and access to hiking and mountain biking trails on North Table Mountain. It is also approximately 1 mile to White Ranch Open Space, 15 miles to Boulder, and 20 miles to Denver. This neighborhood feeds into Golden Schools including Mitchel Elementary, Bell Middle School, and Golden High School .
There are a couple of other neighborhoods that border the Table Rock Neighborhood including the Parkview Villas over 55 Patio Home Community. This community of Patio Homes consist of primarily 2-3 bedroom ranch homes with up to 2000 sq ft. 4 of these patio homes have sold in the past year, with a low of 312k and a high of 365k.
Wildhorse Ranch also borders Table Rock. This community of ranch and two story homes was built in 2012 by Taylor Morrison and has seen 1 home sell in the past year. These homes tend to me more affordable than Table Rock with prices ranging from the mid 350's to 450's.
Just north of Table Rock there is another neighborhood of homes called North Table Mountain Village. These homes sell from the mid 300's to the 500's, and also have great trails and mountain views. 7 homes have sold in this neighborhood in the past year.
There is also a new home community right at the intersection of highway 93 and w 58th avenue called Table Rock Ridge. This community built by Lennar is building homes starting in the low 400's for a base ranch model and prices go up from there.
