Genesee is a mountain community 10 minutes up I 70 from Golden and the Denver Metro area.  This area is one of the closest mountain communities to the metro area.  Depending on your budget, there are many different options in Genesee from condos and townhomes, to single family homes, to million dollar homes.

This is a planned community with trails, and clubhouse amenities including workout facilities, pools, playgrounds and plenty of open space to explore.  Many of the homes in this community have beautiful mountain views and some city views as well.  In the past year, approximately 104 properties sold in this community, with a high of 1.7 million, and a low of 175k.
